Hotel was very nice and conveniently located. Ate dinner in the dining room .. everything was delicious .. 5-star! And our waiter, Dennis, was very friendly and fun to talk with. Breakfast the next morning was out of this world! Food was excellent and the selection was huge! Great experience!!

Lovely premium hotel with the most convenient location near Helskini airport, direct access no less. Overall it was really good, breakfast was reasonable even being super busy at 9am it was still possible to get everything we wanted, a well oiled machine! Gym was really good too, nice modern equipment. We didn't try and spa but it was chargeable from what we understood which was surprising, even for sauna! Main gripe was that there was no complementary water in the room, and no water or towels in the gym, just this small change would make a big difference! Will lastly note the rooftop bar with airport views was fantastic and unexpected, would definitely come back, hope they make the improvement in providing water to guests!

Best breakfast I ever had in a hotel, very comfy beds and great shower products. Very convenient location if you travel early or land late!

Nice hotel connected to the terminal. You can walk to your gate after going through security.

A top-notch airport hotel, with a superb breakfast which is served from 4:00 am. New, and thoughtfully designed. The only design misstep is the light adjacent to the mirror in the bathroom. Since it is mounted to the side of the mirror, it only illuminates the left side of the face, the other side is in a shadow. If it's a problem for a guy shaving, it's got to be a bummer for a woman trying to apply make-up.

Fabulous Hotel! The breakfast is amazing with so much choice and the Spa should not be missed!!! The bed was incredibly comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

Felt brand new and very clean. Food was delicious. Room was well appointed. Customer service was very friendly. Specifically Chiara. Would definitely stay again. This hotel is also the shortest walk to the terminal which is great when you have a 6am flight.

Only 2 nights but upgraded to stateroom. Reception staff very helpful on a medical issue. Breakfast terrific.

Clean, very quiet small room with a very comfortable bed. Room did not have a safe, usb ports, or a box of Kleenex. We were encouraged to go to the roof top restaurant for dinner. When we arrived we were told there were many reservations for that evening. We were given a decent, but not great table, and then no one waited on us. We saw the wait staff whispering about us and someone finally waited on us right before we were ready to walk out. Food was better than average and our waiter was very pleasant. But, we were finishing dinner at approximately 8:30 pm and the restaurant was still over half empty. Wondering where all those reservations were? We were also discouraged from ordering an appetizer special because it would take too long. Honestly, I wouldn’t ever eat at that restaurant again and if reservations were so necessary and important why were we not told we needed reservations. Nice hotel but don’t think I’d stay there again.

The room still smells fresh and new. Heated bathroom floor with good quality cotton of the towels. Aircon max set up is 23C but housekeeping came with portable heater as it was very cold (5C) in May when I stayed there. Location is perfect - only 100m from the arrival exit.

Only negative was that I asked for a 1 hour late check out. The clerk checking me ion said they generally charge 20 Euro but he would give it to me for free but the note was not found on the room so they were going to charge me. I said I would not pay it and would challenge it if put on my charge card. They then backed down but I cannot verify until I get home and have access to a secure link. Not handled well.

The convenience of being in the airport. Less than 5 mins through the terminal. Room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was excellent.
