We had a family room. Queen with two twin beds and it was over the top perfect and our best stay in Europe. Beautiful. Spacious. North American in style and comfort. Great stay.

Maria was helpful and wonderful!!! All of the staff was great! Nice decor, good luggage storage and cold water in lobby.

Good staff and location. Easy to communicate, and close by the trains if you want to go to Cannes or Monaco. 7 min walk.

We got the 2 bedroom it was so nice. Our kids like their room. We had the queen bed with small balcony. It was nice. The hotel is very convenient for all the locations. Jean massena, shops, cafes, restaurants, mall, promanende de anglias 15min walk. Its very safe. Will stay there again.

Nice hotel with great staff

Central location with lots of great food options nearby. Welcoming and very helpful staff. Clean room with comfortable bedding.

Stayed for one night with my mum. Hotel is easy to get to, just a short walk from the tram stop. Great location, the promenade is about a 7 minute walk. Lots of nice bars and restaurants nearby. Hotel is nicely decorated and very modern. It was very clean and suited our needs. The room was small but had everything we needed for a one night stay. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. The hotel also looked after our luggage as we were too early to check in and the same once we had checked out. Would definitely stay again!

Staff very helpful

The staff were very warm and friendly. A nice hotel but just too noisy for us. The first night we crashed as we’d been up since 3am travelling etc but the second night we were kept awake by dustmen at 1am, shouting, and vehicles throughout. The beds were made but coffee etc was not replenished. We could go to reception and get some from the cupboard, but it’s inconvenient at night or in the morning when you just want to put the kettle on. There is a small area downstairs to sit/have (your own) a drink. There is a coffee machine but when we went to use it we were told it was only on in the morning. Seemed daft to us.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious and very nice. We had one loud neighbour but that can happen anywhere.

This hotel is centrally located and walkable to the train station, old town, and the seashore. Many nearby restaurants and grocery shopping. We would definitely stay here again.

Room was very small, did not like the fact there was no fan in the bathroom and no shaving mirror. We had a ground level room which we found noisy but the hotel was clean and convenient for what we wanted.

Absolutely lovely from beginning to end. Well lit streets leading to the front door, and an easy 8 minute walk from the train station. All the staff were kind and helpful, and my room couldn’t have been nicer. Ample chargers, gorgeous hot shower, Nespresso machine, even a tiny balcony. Perfection, thank you again.

Great place to stay, lots of great food and some shopping nearby

The hotel’s page and reviews seemed to be rather nice. I had plenty of choice for the winter season in Nice but opted for Yelo Mozart and was deceived. The room was tiny— many better choices around for better rates, then, a tedious process of checking in on the website where you have to go through four (!) steps, and on top of everything a cold room with a fake regulator for heating. In the morning, the receptionist told me that the heating system was central and it was what it was— freezing in my bed in the unusually cold night in Nice. At the top of everything, the unstoppable noise in the morning in the corridors. A very unpleasant stay— to sum up

So much noise from the street and you can hear it in the room.. it was hard to sleep despite the hotel being super beautiful and all comfort.

This is a great modern boutique hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The staff is very engaged with the guests and their needs. The location is excellent as well.
