Good location for the airport, restaurant evening choice good and quality fine. Good choice for breakfast. Room spacious.

Big up the house keeper she makes sure you have your water every day and supplies me with fresh towels.. shout to the staffs and the Ramada roof they where all amazing hosts.. respect to the receptionist they where all amazing checking in and checking out was so easy.. my only problem was there was no activities are places to go I was stuck in the hotel though out my stay

Good hotel, rool was too small and i was underwhelmed a bit, expecting more luxury fro the Ramada brand.

Departed too early to enjoy breakfast (but was kindly offered a snack to go) so can’t speak to breakfast. The room was quite large with a balcony, but the absolute highlight was the Hammam spa treatment. Absolutely the best decision I made prior to a very long return flight home. All staff were fantastic! Conveniently located near DAL Dalaman airport.

Clean room, but no air con working, so had to have window open all night, but don't think aircon working any where in hotel. Problems with Electric keep going off and our room near the generator so with window open all night we kept getting dustrubed with the noise of generator. Would stay again but only if a good cheap price / offer on. Wouldn't pay normal price

Great stopover for a night after flight. Rooms were great, breakfast was fresh with good choice.

The staff was wonderful, check in easy. The bedroom was huge - very modern and spacious for three of us. My daughter enjoyed the kiddie pool. The wallpaper and upgrades all looked great. Only issue was that every 30 seconds the water went freezing cold and then scolding hot. we had to count and pull the sprayer away while bathing our toddler. The bathrooms on the main floor were falling apart. Would still recommend and stay again - just needs some maintenance.

Ended here by accident after a delayed flight. It was an incredibly pleasant surprise. Very well appointed hotel with great facilities including sauna and steam which unusually were well appreciated after a big storm Probably one of the most abundant and impressive breakfast buffets I’ve had in a long time. Really impressed

Great stay

Loud music played until 12:30am made it hard to sleep until it stopped. Breakfast was good and restaurant for dinner had many dinner options with reasonable prices.

Staff excellent and friendly - nice stay

Perfect stay for a late night arrival into Dalaman in the UK. Difficult flight but we’re welcomed hardly at the hotel which is so close to the airport and it was so comfortable and a delight. Breakfast was brilliant.

Reception girls were so bad at their job plus i had to keep going downstairs to speak with them as the phone in the room doesn't work, the window in my room was broken and every time i asked for them to fix it they would fab me off and tell me it was fixed when it clearly wasn't and with this issue the air-conditioning wouldn't work. Most of the staff don't understand English. Never again and i don't recommend Definitely not even 3 star

The hotel was lovely and we were greeted by lovely front of desk staff, be we unfortunately had two incidents that left my partner and our children quite distressed. The 1st was when my partner went to our designated room with the children to find a man lying on the bed after opening the door, she screamed then shut the door and came back to the reception when she told the hotel staff what had happened they dismissed it and said it was not a problem. The second incident was when we were asleep and someone opened our hotel room door whilst we were asleep this again was very distressing for us all and we did not sleep well after this.
