great room, awesome food, thank you

The receptionist was friendly and helpful The room itself was very small but as I was travelling solo it didn’t matter too much, room and bathroom were both spotless though. Location was good, not far from Camden market and 15 minute walk to the o2 forum. I felt safe there as a woman on her own. A full length mirror on the back of one of the doors would be a great addition for outfit checking purposes!

Great location, comfy bed, nice shower and bathroom. The only thing that left a sour taste was the fact that we were charged £25 to check in 40 minutes early! We were tired, needed to get ready to go to an event and the room was ready (3pm is already a late check in, I thought). So, we asked if it would be ok to check in a little early, as the room was ready. Yes, for an additional £25 was the answer. It’s a shame, as everything else made it a comfortable and convenient spot to stay.

Great location for Camden, room is modern but could do with a good dust around the room and if your on the first floor music is loud from the pub below

Rooms above the one pub were fairly small and the lift is a bit slow. But the hotel staff was very warm and helpful. The hotel is right next to the tube and very close to both Primrose Hill and Camden Market.

Hotel was conveniently located with public transport easily available.

This was the worst possible place you could stay in …..a total disaster…disgusting behaviour from staff and filthy also ….people fighting in the hallways ….never again

Our room was very clean, exactly as it looked in the photos, and the reception is available 24H! The location is great because it's 5 min from Primrose Hill, a quaint and cute neighborhood with small boutiques and cafes. It's also 1 street over from Camden Market!

We booked the hotel for 2 nights (weekend) primarily as it was adjacent to the Camden Roundhouse where we attended a gig on the Saturday night. The room was spacious, clean and well furnished and had one of the best hotel showers we have experienced! The staff were uniformly friendly and efficient and helped make our weekend stay highly enjoyable.

Not bad. Nothing wrong with the place.

Check in and check out was easy and the hotel is a minute walk from the underground station. The room was nice but both the shelves in the bathroom were loose as well as the tap in the sink. We were also told it was 24 hour reception but when we arrived back at 11pm the door appeared to be double locked so using our key card did nothing. There was no number at the door to call in case the door was locked so it was a little worrying at first. Thankfully there was another guest sitting in the restaurant area so we knocked on the window until he heard us and let us in.
