Great hotel and staff! Location is great and close to the train station - 5 minute walk. The daily breakfast menu + buffet that is included within your day was one of the best I've ever had. The cappuccino included with breakfast was also exceptional. We also had dinner one night at the hotel restaurant Osmo Cucina and it was excellent - we did the Chef 5 course meal. The food and service, was Michelin Star worthy and the Chef Marco even came out at the end to talk to us and ensure we enjoyed the meal. Without a doubt, on our next visit to Florence, we will stay again at the Floren Hotel.

Staff was professional and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

Amazing and beautiful boutique hotel. Very classy and clean with wonderful amenities. Wonderful staff specially Ludovico Meloni and Claudia Corti were just amazing. Ludovico always asked if we needed anything if he can help us with anything. Great food specially the breakfast was amazing. They make their own candy to die for. Will be back very soon.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Floren Hotel, Florence. Great location, close to railway station, restaurants, shops. 5 mins walk to Duomo. The hotel staff were friendly and professional. The restaurant was very good and the breakfast selection was excellent with a choice of continental or cooked to order. Bedroom was clean and good size, with nice bed linen, coffee machine & kettle, efficient air con. Bathroom was great with large walk in shower. Overall we had a great time and would stay at this hotel again

It’s great place, rooms are on the small side but for a solo traveler that’s perfect. Breakfast is good, bathrooms very pleasant too. Everything was pretty good!

Beautiful property. Very modern bathroom very bright. Service was amazing by the staff. Our thans to Claudia Gaya and Antonio, they were so helpful and very sweet. Breakfast was amazing , even champagne. Iam home and miss them already . PS: room spotless

The staff were amazing! The service was top notch. Lovely rooms and breakfast was outstanding. The eggs Benedict were the best I have ever had. The location was great. Our stay couldn’t have been better.

This hotel is exceptional, from its location to the amenities of the room to the stellar service. I was impressed. The room was spacious and clean. The shower was spacious with great products. The bed was super comfy. What I really appreciated was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They are incredible from advice on restaurants to shopping to transportation. I will definitely come back.
