Staff member in reception was great. Very friendly and always happy to help Room was compact - but clean and comfortable and great location with bars and restaurants close by and short walk to Kings Cross station and Tube! Perfect for city break when you don’t intend on staying in hotel much

Lovely little room - not much space but well thought out.

Very clean room, good area close to King’s Cross/St Pancras station, reception staff were brilliant. Room was booked as a small double so I knew what I was expecting but still rather small with the bed pushed against the wall which isn’t ideal for when it is 2 people sharing but grand for 1 or 2 nights! Only down side was that the luggage storage was just leaving your bags/suitcases in the reception, where I believe it would benefit from a locker system for peace of mind. Overall would definitely stay again.

Nice staff. Good shower. Great location close to King's Cross station. Asked for a £25 deposit, even though I'd paid in full. Asked for photo id at reception, without warning me beforehand, even when they emailed me to pre-register which I did.

We had an extremely small room without most amenities in other rooms. It was called a "budget room without a window. Very lively building but make sure to get a larger room.

This hotel is very centrally located and only a short walk from King’s cross station. The room was small but well laid out as there was space under the bed to stow your bags. The budget double room would be better suited for one person and not two people but the location of the hotel, the friendly staff and clean rooms made up for the size of the room. Would recommend.

Room is very small. I cannot put my luggage’s . I have to put my luggage in bath room.

Clean room, comfortable bed and good bathroom facilities. However dimensions of room was so small. No wardrobe to hang clothes but hangers were available. Great for an overnight stay. Pleasant and polite staff too.

Booking error - took 48 hours to respond. Not helpful at all and poor response time.

We stayed in the hotel for one night as we had a flight to catch the following day. The staff were very friendly and made us feel really welcome and although the room was small it was very clean and very comfortable. The room didn't need to be any bigger for our needs. The hotel was also in a great location very close to Kings Cross station and near some lovely bars and restaurants. My wife and I wiukd definitely stay in this hotel again.

I am giving this hotel a back handed compliment. From the outside I thought it looked very tired with windows looking very old and paint peeling etc. It's in part of Kings Cross that is trying very hard to leave it's somewhat murkier past behind. However, I was greeted by a really personable guy on reception who speedily checked me in. The double room whilst small, the bed was decent and they managed to maximise the space available with a brand new bathroom (bit tight between the sink and toliet) but as I said seemed very new and very clean. This is one of the better budget hotels I have stayed at. I would book again given all the above and it's proximity to music venues, Kings X etc etc etc. Oh and bus stop right outside the front door towards Chancery Lane/St Paul's and onto London Bridge
