The accommodation is good and has parking, although there is a parking fee. It's close to tourist attractions and famous restaurants, which are just across the street away. Overall, it's a good place to stay.

Please fix the wifi and you have to climb the stairs to get to the lobby

I asked to change the hand shower in the bathroom, but they didn’t do it. Hopefully, they can improve their service. Very bad smell near the lift area.

The lobby was hot, the air conditioning was broken, the room was dirty, and the bed covers were filthy. I've only been to this hotel once. It's truly haunted.

I booked 5 rooms here but had a terrible experience. The doors kept breaking, the air conditioning was so hot I couldn't sleep and had to lie on the floor, the Wi-Fi was awful. The hotel was truly terrible, worse than terrible. Not to mention the noise on the rooftop made it impossible to sleep… In short, it was worse than terrible.

The lobby on the 2nd floor, where you have to lift your suitcase up, the initial check-in room was 201, leaking with water all over the floor, asked to change rooms, the security was not happy, take note, the one who was on duty at the reception that night was the security not the receptionist, another room was 301, the bathroom smelled very bad, it was very difficult to sleep in conditions like this, 201 was finally changed to 308, this was okay, nothing too bad apart from the mattress and floor which were not so clean, it happened again when checking out we had to wait 35 minutes to check out, the receptionist was not there and was out who knows where.

The hotel room is clean, tidy, and comfortable. The location is in the middle of town. The price is affordable, with private parking at the back area of the hotel. Really recommended.

There are cockroaches on the bed cover and on the floor, it's really dirty.

The room's AC was not cold, the safety box was broken and we asked for it to be replaced. We had to climb the stairs to the lobby, it was very troublesome to have to lift our suitcases up the stairs.
