- The staff on the night of May 11th were not very friendly, busy playing with their cellphones, I had to call them 3 times before they saw them, even though there were 2 people, but both were the same; - The sound of the staff cleaning the room during the day was noisy in the hallway, very disturbing; - There were many sounds of construction work such as knocking, etc.; - There is no elevator yet. Specifically for the rooms: very comfortable, clean, good facilities.

The hotel staff were friendly and initially required extra bed because I brought 2 children, 1 aged 2 years & 1 aged 11 years, but thank God after negotiations there was no need to add any because we were only staying for one night, continued success.
