Poor cleanliness, TV remote is broken

The toilet smelled, the shower water was small, the toilet water was small, the shower curtain smelled of urine, they complained many times about the water because there were many rooms.

Everything in this hotel is very reasonably acceptable and also worth the price. But the checkin stuff is not very capable of showing hospitality at all! He was rude, he asking about my id for check in procedure which is i have no problem with it at all, and then he looked at my girlfriend with rude attitude and asking about her id as well, i told him i was the one who stayed there and i just need to store my luggage because we have to leave in 30 minutes anyway. We booked that hotel only for store a luggage and i need shower for upcoming meeting. My girlfriend didn’t even planned to enter the room, but he keep asking about her id. That reception staff by the time i checked in was really really rude. But everyone else’s there was friendly except him,
