The staff is nice and friendly. However, the cleanliness is not very good, especially in the bathroom. The price is cheap, only 100 thousand per night. But if the shortcomings were fixed, I think 100% of the guests would come and it would not be quiet. Because the floor was still slippery when cleaned with a scouring pad. The bathroom mat was dirty and wet. The bathroom also looked neglected, and there was even a broken faucet.

The worst place in my history of staying, very dirty as if it had never been cleaned, bad smell, water was off, moved several rooms but all were equally bad, the swimming pool was like a puddle with green and mossy water, I have video evidence of the original shape of the room, there are even several rooms with holes in the walls

The location is good, close to the beach. Unfortunately the building is old and poorly maintained. It's a bit scary at night, the lights are bright but it seems like there's no life inside. It's really scary
