Very clean

New style of decor felt at ease. Relaxed atmosphere...pool table, gym all were great. Breakfast was great. Very pet friendly.

first stay at a Tru and it woun't be our last. I love the eco-friendliness of this hotel... 24/7 coffee in the lobby, instead of those horrible little room coffee makers that put more into the landfill than into your tastebuds. Bulk shampoo, conditioner and soap in the bathrooms instead of those little individual packages. Great gym, they had a Trigger Point foam roller that I used for the first time and was so happy witht the results I boughtg one for home. The complementary breakfast was very good, but the trendy pancake maker created a huge line thought the middle of the staging area. The bed was comfortable and the room was more than satisfactory. THE BAD; TESLA ONLY CHARGERS... the type of car charger needs to be specified, as I needed to make other charging plans on the fly, HUGE INCONVIENCE! Love it!!! we'll put Tru on the top of our list

Everything was squeaky clean, nothing was neglected. Entire facility was 1st rate. Will definitely be back.

We love the soap, shampoo, etc hung on the bathroom walls. Beds are always comfortable. Love the breakfast setup!

So far, so good! We are visiting a friend locally, and this is convenient to everything! It seems brand new. Loving it!

The staff and stay were excellent despite some hiccups. The TV didn't seem to go past HDMI 1 and we couldn't get the cable to work. Didn't bother us we had a laptop. The toilet leaked pretty bad and the AC was finicky leaving the room very hot. Around 72. For some that's perfect for me blistering. We weren't in the room a lot as we returned late from the event we were attending and we went and shot some pool down stairs for a few hours so it wasn't until around midnight before we really noticed the room temp. Staff did offer to switch rooms but we declined as it was already so late in the evening. This was our choice and the staff is excellent. Breakfast was good loved the pool table and downstairs amenities and breakfast was very good. Will stay here again hope they work out the kinks.

The front desk person whose name was Dallas was so kind and so friendly I needed an extra pillow immediately got me one, also helped us look for a restaurant, can’t emphasize how kind he was after a long day on the road and coming to the hotel and greeted us with a smile and kindness,I will stay there every time😊

This was a beautiful, new hotel, which thought of everything in the design. Great lobby with breakfast options in the morning. There is a workspace as well as an area for kids or adults to congregate. The rooms were comfortable and very clean.

Tru is a fairly basic hotel, lovely and clean, but no tea/coffee or microwave in the room, though it was available in the lobby. Had a fantastic and friendly check in by Dallas.
