Overall perfect,, facilities and services are good and good/better than other more expensive hotels.. keep it like this, so that new customers are impressed and old customers want to come back like me if I have business again in Karawang, I will definitely stay here again. Maybe there are some minor maintenance with the bathroom/in my sister's room the shower is a bit leaky and in my room the toilet after being flushed sometimes doesn't want to fill up with water again.

The location is very close to the station, just walk about 100 m and you'll be there. The staff and security guards are very friendly. The room is very clean, there is Netflix so if you're not too lazy to leave the room, you can Netflix and chill in the room. The wifi is also fast, you can use it for WFH. Smoking is not allowed in the room, if you want to smoke, just go to the balcony. The parking area is very spacious, you can use a car, but it's a shame that there is no roof so you can get hot/rainy. Overall good 😉

What I like about Rumatara Inn is the new building, new interior, really good. It's just not suitable on the 2nd and 3rd floors if you bring parents. Better ask for a room on the lower floor. The parking lot is quite spacious. The location is also good in the city center. There are also lots of food around the hotel. The only drawback is the many ants. I left food, but it didn't last long. There were also small insects in the toilet, I don't know what they are called. The bathroom also didn't smell good, maybe from the water drainage. But overall it's okay and really worth the price of around 300.
