This place is so easy to get to! So convenient to everywhere! The staff was super friendly. Great food!! This place is so clean I would have eaten off the floors! Great place!!

We loved it and would stay again

The hotel is the best one I have stayed at in years. The whole hotel is awesome.being only 6 months old is a good reason too 👍. The staff was awesome too, very friendly and willing to work with you on any issue or question. I am a fan of free breakfast, thats’s the only thing I would add to potential services. Loved the pool table and bikes too.

Beautiful property & room, front desk attendant made us feel special, unique amenities like a guitar & a pool table in a well-furnished lobby and a pair of bikes & helmets to borrow.

We never got to stay, even worse were having troubles getting our money back. We paid in advance and showed up the night of check-in around 7pm only to find out due to the soccer game in the stadium next door, they overbooked and didn’t have any rooms left despite us having already paid the full rate for two nights. They set us up with another hotel and paid the first night’s stay to make up for it. We had to pay the second nights stay, which is fair. We were told the money we paid for two nights at their property would be refunded in 2 business days. A week later and there’s no sign of the refund process being started. I reached out to the hotel 3 days ago and they’re not even responding now. It’s been a horrible experience. I’ve never been bumped from a hotel I already paid for in advance due to overbooking. Makes me never want to pay in advance again since I’m having troubles getting my money back.

DO NOT EXPECT THIS BEING A SECURE PLACE TO STAY. MY DAUGHTER'S CAR WAS BROKEN INTO. NO ASSISTANCE WAS GIVEN OR HELP OFFETED. BROKEN INTO.

We loved staying at this new property in KC near the women’s soccer stadium and the City Market. The hotel was beautiful and the staff very friendly. there were walking trails near the river and you could walk to the stadium and dog park and the new bar right across the way. I think our favorite part was the pool table, board games and guitar in the lobby. My husband taught my 11yo son to play pool. The rooms were modern and comfortable- especially the beds. Would definitely stay here again!

Only got to stay for sleep, but the room was beautiful & cozy! Staff was excellent as well, very friendly & accommodating—next time I’m in Kansas City, I’ll be staying at Origin on Riverfront again!!

Great location, very clean and quiet, staff is very friendly and helpful. Short walking distance to a walking path along the water’s edge.

I unfortunately got very sick and was throwing up all night during our stay, my husband was in a wedding the following evening and instead of shopping around town all day like I had planned, all I wanted to do was lay in bed and recover before the wedding. I was hoping to pay for a late check out and I was met with very little compassion when telling the front desk lady my situation. She told me I was unable to pay for late check out at 2 pm due to the hotel being full the following night. I understand, but there was not sympathy or willingness to help make something work especially when I had no where to go for 7 hours before the wedding.

There was not near enough parking. The shower did not put out much water and the room did not cool down very much even though we had the temp turned as low as it would go.

The staff was amazing, The area had good some great options for food and fun.

This property is absolutely beautiful! I loved that there’s a walking trail right across to street. Construction is going on right across the street but it doesn’t cause any disturbance. My overall stay was great! The negative..the front desk receptionist(woman) had a bit of an attitude when interacting with her. Also, the waitress in the restaurant wasn’t as sanitize when dealing with handling food. I watched her walk out water to one of the guests dog, give it water and give it several rubs, walk back into the restaurant from the patio band did not wash her hands after touching things within the bar area.

The beds were very comfortable and a brand new hotel right on the Missouri River next to the Kansas City soccer field

Nice clean property. Seems new. Would stay here again
