Great service and clean room

We waited for 10 minutes at the front desk...no one there to check us in. The lobby has multiple mini split AC units, all of which were turned on, but not turned down. It was very warm. Our room was very humid and damp while we slept. I felt like I alternated between sweating and having chills...I wouldn't recommend this one.

The room was fine the only issue I had was that the shower wasn’t cleaned, the reason I say this is because there was a long black hair left in the shower on the shower floor, and when I see that, it usually means the shower wasn’t cleaned.

My daughter and I stopped for a single night as we passed through town. We were happily surprised by the updated, clean, comfortable room. Breakfast had lots of options, the customer service was excellent, and the beds were comfortable, though my daughter found the tv difficult to navigate. We'd happily stay again.

The room smelled musty upon entering. The shower did not provide hot water until a few long minutes of running and then the cold water would not work after waiting again. There were no proper shades on the windows to provide coverage from the outside lights. The mattresses on the beds were very hard, making it even more difficult to sleep with the lights from the outside illuminating the room.

Recently renovated. It looks like 10 year olds renovated it. I chose two beds on expedia, received one bed.

property looked like was under construction, had a very strange layout with doors in odd places, had no internet so was unable to use my computer to complete the work I needed to do and had garbage dumpsters picked up/emptied at an adjacent property/business early in the morning (5:30am) no breakfast to speak of -minimal food items to choose from

I loved everything about the property. Staff was absolutely the best no nothing bad to say at all. hot water was great so others that have been leaving reviews about not having hot water and stuff. The hot water was nice and hot, which was a good thing. I will be back.

Only one thing I didn't agree with is they require a 100.00 deposit for instidentials which was not on the Expedia or on the counter at the hotel was not known until check in by the front counter representative .

Ice machines broken otherwise grear

Wyndham is great value. The staff is wonderful. The hotel was recently renovated so it's clean. I basically look for clean hotels with good internet service and this hotel delivers at a great price. Water pressure in the showers is a little weak, but tolerable for the value.

Unbelievable. I tried to take a shower and shave. I let the water in the sink run for ten minutes, moving the faucet setting around. Cold shave. Tried to take a shower four times. Lukewarm once. Cold three times. Front desk said there was a trouble with the plumbing. Then shut the hotel down! I paid for a hotel, not an arctic outing. I am on business. Saturday, they said breakfast would not be ready till 7AM. Every day, every hotel I have ever stayed at has breakfast ready at 6AM. THere wasn't even hot coffee. When I did get breakfast on other mornings the bread and pastry was stale, the patty sausage was hard and barely warm, the pancake maker turned out the most awful instant pancakes and I don't know how they mass produce those 'fried eggs' but don't do it anymore. I WILL NEVER STAY INJ THIS HOTEL AGAIN. Now I'll get an apology response from management about how sorry they are about my stay but that means nothing.

This hotel was not bad. Bed was comfy & pillows were good. Lots of towels is good too. A few of not the so good points #1 no microwave #2 not a fan of the fake wood flooring. The flooring made the room feel cold & impersonal. #3 unclear times for breakfast was the time 6-9 on the weekend or 7-10?

Hotel was very clean and up to date. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay again next year

No hot tub

Charged additional to my card. Would not take wyndham discount with farm bureau. Noisey equipment late at night and early in the morning.

Poor customer service. Tried to cancel reservation prior to 2:00 today. Could not contact a person. Refused to issue a refund. The online reservation system is designed to take your money. I will let everyone I know about my experience with this hotel and Expedia.
