Please improve the suitability of the place

The room is stuffy, the water often runs out, the room is dirty, the staff is not very agile, changes must be made immediately, even though the price is cheap, cleanliness and comfort must still be maintained.

Highly not recommended

The room smells damp, the water doesn't come out, the walls have black spots.

The room was a bit dirty, it's understandable for that price. Hopefully the cleanliness and maintenance can be improved and one more thing, the hot water often runs out.

not worthy of being a lot of people's trash

The staff is friendly, polite, the air is cool, the rooms are spacious, the location is a bit hidden & the road is dark at night, but the vibes are very good in the morning, the bathroom has hot water.

The place is spacious, actually the view is good, it's just a shame it's a bit poorly maintained and the system isn't computerized yet.

The staff are friendly, but the bathroom smells so bad of urine that I can't sleep, the sheets and blankets are dirty and itchy, and the swimming pool is covered in moss that is green in color.

The place and the view are really good, but unfortunately the air conditioning is not very good.

The room walls are gypsum, damp, lots of mold. 1 towel per room. That's the price range. That's it.

In the advertisement, the hotel turned out to be a villa. Where the room door was hard to close. There was no gallon of water either.

The view is beautiful, the atmosphere is very fresh, suitable for a family vacation with beautiful views.

Comfortable, safe, it's really great to stay here.

This is my second time here and I am still satisfied with the hotel. For that price, the service and facilities are really good. Lots of seating spots, comfortable rooms, and there is hot water too. Okay, and I will still stop by if I go to Puncak again.
