The place is very spacious, clean and well-maintained. The staff is very friendly. The animals are well-groomed, and the gardens are beautiful. It's a perfect place for families, from children to seniors.

Everything was ok except when checking out, they said that 2 small towels were missing, even though there were 2 in the room from the start, so checking out took a long time.

Everything was fine, very comfortable, and very impressive. The rooms could use a little more attention, as there were leech-like creatures on the walls. The food was excellent and delicious, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is undeniable, and it's always busy. Highly recommended as a relaxing destination.

The rooms and facilities are as described. They are quite complete and the view is also beautiful. Just a suggestion for the hotel/resort management, the service speed is slow and many common areas (restaurant and swimming pool) are inconvenient to access. The distance from the pool to the room and the restaurant to the room is quite far. There is a shuttle provided, but it's not very numerous, so the wait time is quite long. Furthermore, it's even more difficult when it rains. You have to stay in your room because access to everywhere, including the restaurant, is difficult. The problem is that when it rains, room service takes a long time to order food. The only option is via WhatsApp, and you can wait up to an hour for a reply. Unfortunately, the slow service is quite annoying, considering the size of the resort, making accessing GoFood/GrabFood difficult. Hopefully, management and customer service can improve, as the resort's view is already beautiful.

The road to the location is okay. The bathroom is full of large black ants. The room is clean and comfortable. The signal is very weak. You have to ask for Wi-Fi inside and outside the room. The air is cool. The service is friendly. Overall, it's okay.

the room is very nice but because the location is very uphill (even to the restaurant), so it is not recommended if you bring parents and children even though there is actually a shuttle to take you there.. the swimming pool is okay but because it was raining at that time the mossy road became slippery.. as a result I fell. the food at breakfast is delicious..

Recommended for a family vacation trip to Bogor, the place is cool and the view is quite nice, clean and beautiful, the facilities should be improved.

Parking the car to the lodging location is far and uncomfortable to pass because the road is uphill and unfriendly. Unloading and loading luggage from the car to the room is uncomfortable. The food at the restaurant is very slow service, especially at dinner time, ordering food via WA, the order never arrives.
