I took a family room for 3 nights and 2 nights. The room was spacious, clean, and had a great view.

Last night, the karaoke was so noisy that it could be heard even in my room. It was very disturbing.

The hotel staff is nice and friendly, the rooms, towels and toilets are clean. Hopefully it will be maintained.

I only stayed there once. The room was full of mosquitoes, the toilet smelled, the floor was dusty, the TV kept cutting out, and even then, it was incomplete. The facilities were inadequate. We want a well-known hotel with complete facilities, but what about a bed that doesn't need to be charged? This hotel was the worst and required charging.

In the midst of Cap Go Meh 2026, there's still a hotel with an elevator and affordable prices. It's clean and offers excellent service.

The AC isn't cold enough. I've reported it to someone to have it cleaned, but they ignored it. Parking is a bit difficult. The location is strategic. Other than that, it's okay.

Recommended, will repeat again when on holiday to Sukowati again.
