Check-in took 35 minutes. Someone just arrived, only one key card, and the staff were unfriendly. Check-out was a hassle, as they don't have their own reception desk; phone service is available.
The amenities aren't as advertised:
- The internet connection was very poor, and suddenly the last day it wasn't available. My husband asked the staff and said they changed their username. Oh, so poor.
- The bed isn't a king-size bed; the mattress is damaged.
- The mattress is hard, torn, and uncomfortable to sleep on. The queen-size bedsheet and blanket are very small, and there's no bedside lamp.
- We checked in at 4 p.m.; the room was still damp, and there were cloths lying around, and the room smelled bad.
- There were no towels available; we had to ask for them, and they were delivered at 11 p.m., which was very annoying. -Only given a toothbrush and toothpaste.
-Bath soap was half full, no shampoo.
-The property is poorly maintained, with many parts damaged, so small children are afraid of getting hurt.
-The mats aren't standard for apartment suites, but for homestays.
-There's a bathtub, but no mat around it. It's dangerous to soak in the bath without a foot mat.
-There's no sleeper, even though the floor is cold.
-There are only two small, dirty Teflon pans; the Teflon has come off.
-There's no pot for boiling.
I chose this apartment because I had small children and needed to be able to cook breakfast for them, but I made the wrong choice. Staying for three nights felt like throwing money into the ocean.
