Excellent staff, and outstanding service.

All was fantastic (grounds, staff, food, kids entertainment/facilities, range of premium drinks). Only let down was the shower room is practically level with the hallway and the water always escapes out so we end up with towels all outside the door. Despite this, we would still return as everything else was excellent.

Friendly staff. Great food and service. We will return.

Everytime we shower, the water would flooded outside to our room floor, this happened on our first day of arriving till the fifth day until we notices that the drain was blocked. Difficult to book restaurant as we would call on the day at 9am and it would say the restaurant is fully booked when the restaurants is half empty in the evening from walking pass it. The next day we called at 9am and the restaurant was fully booked again, We went down to the reception and complain to the customer relations and they book us a restaurant which is strange as when we called they say it’s fully booked. Can’t book restaurant online also or book other restaurant for any other following day. Staff unable to speak English or understand as I brought my own baby food and put it in a bowl. We asked the staff to heat it up for me and next for minutes they came back with something different and apparently they added milk into my baby solid food. Apart from that, it was a lovely stay and the kids enjoyed it. We will definitely come back again but hope they can improved the above

7 star hotel, high quality service, best and highest quality food, personal attitude, lots of activity for children, great location, huge selection of restaurants! It is highly recommended

Family friendly resort with lots to do. The staff were overall very pleasant and check in and out was straight forward.

All new resort after Full renovation.food are very delicious many restaurants and bars all around it's very easy to get drink or eat even you don't need go to the main restaurant. At checkout you have comfort zone that you can stay great for visitors that have late flights. It's still not summer session but the hotel is in full activity every night kids show plus main show fantastic. Thanks voyage for making the family vacation so cool an great.

Was a bit overpriced for what’s on offer. Waterpark is pretty poor and the evening entertainment isn’t all that except for the fire of Anatolia. Good try by the others though.

Wonderful resort with everything you could possibly need for a family or couple holiday in the sun. Water park on site and championship golf course next door. + Comfy beds, very good restaurants steak house was worth paying the supplement for the tepenyaki definitely wasn’t. Buffet good. Lovely beach, sun beds plentiful, all branded drinks and all cocktails included. Nice by adult pool, family pool rather crowded. V good salon and loved the spa & hammam. Good value. - adult/ beach bar service slow, end up waiting for ages while waiters on roller scates serving family pool were served with dozens of drinks. Not a true 5* experience. Water sports v expensive! much more than we’ve paid in other countries. A bit run down in places but being closed down for full refurb soon. Downside price will then go up.

Great staff and excellent service. Would go here again just for this. Facilties are so well thought through and very family friendly. Me my wife and 4 year old enjoyed so much. Will be great to go in groups as there are lot of activities that you can do together if you go as a group of families. Kids play is great where you can let your child in confidence and they are well taken care and entertained and we couples could have our own time . Best vacation so far.

From check-in until check-out everything is excellent. **Great experience**

We stayed in a lagoon villa which was great. We had room 5512 which was in the right spot except for the glass bottle pickups that happened next to this villa between 7am and 11.30pm. Which if windows where open was very noisy. And was very noisy if you sleep in the downstairs room. Villa was great. Well cleaned with great minibars refilled daily. Most people rate the food, but unfortunately this was not as good as we had hoped for. We went to chinese one night which was bad. Rice hard and dry. Crispy food ( duck, fish dish and one other dish ) not crispy at all. I ate some of the fish which tasted very bad and during the night was ill from both ends.( son had a bite but spit it out so was okay) Although hotel went to test food without a result it was not helpfull as it might just have been the one dish that was off. Speaking to other couples who went there as well they found the food not upto scratch that night. Mexican had some nice dishes, but still not the high ratings others have given this. Now there is a huge amount off food on offer in the main restaurant and when you pick right this was lovely it does get boring after a week as lots of repeats. The salad bar was a highlight for me and breakfast was great as well. So go here with an open mind about the food and you will be fine. Great things branded drinks out of bottles and cans. Branded Icecreams between 7-18. Cleaning was great. Staff are fantastic lots to do and see in resort. Wouldn't go back because of food.

I stayed in this hotel begore two weeks for six days At all it's very nice hotel but there is some disappointing points The room is old furniture design that even it's cleaned you don't feel it's cleaned enough because there are many spots in the bathroom and th furniture The second point not all the stuff but some of them are very rude. Rustum is the main family restaurant manager is very impolite person . he embraced me in front of all the persons in the restaurant just because am taking biscuits to my child to eat in the pool and I know it's allowed to do this in all hotels. i was in antalya for ten times and all my visits I always choose luxury hotels. always i take some food for ny kid to eaten him when he is playing and i saw many of families do this especially if the kid doesn't eat good. what he did that he told me what are you doing and not allowed to do this and this what make many people looking at me like i did a terrible thing. But mostly the hotel is very good and i liked how it is organized and the variety of foods is excellent but i won't return back to it Thanks

We have been to resorts all over the world but Voyage is simply an extraordinarily great resort that is incomparable! Staff are friendly, management is efficient, facilities are awesome and food is always fabulous. Every guest is treated uniquely special. A lifetime experience and a place above all expectations! Enjoyed and loved every minute we spent there. Convenient for all ages and all categories and all origins of people. We will definitely go there again. its undoubtedly worth the cost!
