The hotel was great! Our room had a little balcony. The room was spacious and the bathroom was good size. The breakfast was fresh, with lots of options of meats, cheeses, breads, yogurt, and the staff prepared eggs of choice. Parking was available, But very tight spaces. The restaurant attached, for supper, was only okay. Walking into the town was so easy and there were lots of great restaurants nearby. We drove into Heidelburg old town and visited the castle during the days and it was a lovely drive, about an hour. We totally recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel

I would stay at the Amtsstüble again. Unfortunately, there was a temporary traffic diversion outside the hotel which meant there much traffic noise in the room. The weather was also unusually hot so with no aircon or fan it was difficult to sleep. The breakfasts were excellent as was the food in the restaurant. The room was of a good size and clean and staff were most helpfil and friendly.

Sehr schönes drei Sterne Hotel. Das Frühstück war spitzenmässig, das Personal sehr nett und das Zimmer sehr schön, vor allem war das Bett sehr bequem (nicht zu weich, nicht zu hart). Immer wieder gerne Gast im Hotel.

Super Hotel in sehr guter Lage. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Sehr hochwertiges und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Super freundliches Personal. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Der Aufzug war kaputt, Wlan war nicht verfügbar auf dem Zimmer. Man konnte den Fernsehbildschirm nicht richtig zum Bett drehen und obwohl ich 2 zusätzliche Kopfkissen gewünscht hatte, bekam ich nur eines nachdem ich dies noch einmal bei der Rezeption gewünscht habe. Um zum Zimmer zu gelangen musste man eine Odysee an Gängen, treppauf treppab bewältigen, gefühlte 200 m. Gott sei Dank hatte ich keinen grossen Koffer! Und das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis steht in keinem Kontex zu dem was man bekommt. Einzig das Frühstücksbuffet überzeugte mit Angebot und Service.
