Dear manager, The mattress is so soft that it's uncomfortable to sleep on. It looks like it needs to be replaced because it's no longer suitable. The sheets are also dirty and have lots of stains.

Check in was fast, CS was okay, I managed to get a room that wasn't cold and the bathroom smelled, but I was able to change rooms, but it turned out there was a small cockroach on the mattress, the bed was suffocating.

The staff are friendly, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Maybe the cleanliness could be improved further.

Don't forget to prepare cash deposit. Responsive receptionist & room worth it

The staff is ok friendly. But the room oh my, I'm sorry, I don't mean to badmouth but it's not like the photo. The bathroom smells really bad. The smell of pee wasn't flushed and the mattress and pillows didn't seem to be replaced because they still had the scent of someone else's used perfume. For that price, it's actually quite good, but the cleanliness needs to be improved
