The lights are out, the water isn't flowing.

The towels were wet and rotten. The AC was dripping, so I couldn't sleep well and woke up in the middle of the night because of the splashing water.

There's an unpleasant odor in the room and bathroom. The bathroom in particular is dirty and smelly, almost like a public toilet. Please improve the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms.

Enough of staying here. The room and mattress are covered in unspecified stains. Not to mention, the mattress has holes. This is a terrible inn. And there's only one elevator operating.

The hotel staff was very friendly, only the mattress had white marks but it wasn't cleaned, and the room floor wasn't very clean, everything else was nice.

Worth it, low price, everything works well, and fast response service.

Dear manager, The mattress is so soft that it's uncomfortable to sleep on. It looks like it needs to be replaced because it's no longer suitable. The sheets are also dirty and have lots of stains.

Check in was fast, CS was okay, I managed to get a room that wasn't cold and the bathroom smelled, but I was able to change rooms, but it turned out there was a small cockroach on the mattress, the bed was suffocating.

The staff are friendly, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Maybe the cleanliness could be improved further.
