No one at the property office to check us in. We had to find another hotel and deposit was not refunded.

Should have offered a refund given the terrible condition of the room. Filthy and unsafe.

The employee Mr.Smith is so nice and does his job very well I truely recommend him a raise

The manager put me out on my second day from paying 625$ for a week because someone that was coming to my room was drunk and called him out his name.. he called the police on him and put me out for trespassing like I did not have a room there and wouldn't talk to me locked the office and would not refund me my money . Then he only refunded me 298 and I paid 625

IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE, DO NOT STAY HERE. The first thing visually that hits you is the false advertisement from their description of newly renovated rooms and pictures on their website. At the same time you are hit with that you are hit with very sour mildew smell. The room is dirty, dingy, poorly maintained and when I returned downstairs to ask for a different room more like the one that I had seen online, the office was already closed. Returned to my room and went to take a shower...water pressure pathetic and when I went to close the curtain there was dried up pepperoni pizza vomit/throw up on the inside of the shower curtain. The bed linens were stained and all of the furniture had stains. There were roaches, dead and alive around the kitchenette area. There was a dried drop of blood by the door. The entire night was miserable. The marijuana smoke smell was so strong it was literally as if someone was in my room smoking marijuana. There was loud music and arguing with frequently bottles being broken until 3:30am. I left as early as I felt safe enough to leave my room. The office was closed when I left so I called the number on the door later in the day in order to speak to the front desk person for a refund. I received $50 back. Called back for the remaining $585.84 and was told by front desk, refunds are up to corporate. Corporate says its their policy they do not give refunds. This place is unsafe, unsanitary and criminal and should be condemned.

I found the property exactly what I was in need of. Great laundry and staff was helpful to meet my needs.

This place was so noisy the people upstairs were up all night long doing I’m not sure what but pounding on the floor it was almost impossible to sleep and when you finally did they were up jumping up and down again.

It was not like the pictures i saw on line. Also it had roaches. I booked for a ten days but had to leave because of the condition of the room and they still charged me for all the ten days. Refuse to refund me anything back worse place to stay at

Hair in bathtub. I nightly roach in bathroom. I was on the third floor, maybe reason why not updated? No utensils, plates, cups, dirty floor. Two towels for the entire wk. stay. No shampoo, soap, lotion, hair dry… etc… Keep scrolling!!

I never got into the property to check in. They close at 7 pm and would not check me in 2 min after.

Police activity. Wasn't comfortable.

I like the location.

Great place until I get my apartment!

I really enjoyed my stay at the In town suites. The room was very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and nice. I will stay there again.

Beyond expectations, they’re recent renovation was perfect, bedding comfortable, rooms have everything necessary. Surprisingly clean.
