I gave "Staff & service" 2 stars because while check-in was 5 stars, I repeatedly pushed the "push for service" button, the morning after, for them to unlock the door so I could check out but they never answered ... and I wanted my paper receipt. So I dropped my room keycard in the lock box and departed. Disappointed.

Redecorated. Toilet needed to be cleaner.

It was filthy and had roaches in the room. Had to switch the first room the ac didnt work and the second room it was nasty. Trash and bugs at the head of the bed stuff on the walls and ceilings and worst part there is mold on the ceiling above the toliet in the bathroom. Thats a health hazard they shouldnt had rent me the room. I would like a full refund.

The room was filled with all sorts of bugs. It also smelled like smoke and weed. It worked for what I needed it for. But next time, for my own Comfort, and piece of mind, I’ll pay a little more and stay closer to the fields.

Arrived to the room around 11 pm and there was roaches and bugs all over the floor. In the bathroom there was dirt that looked like mold in the corner of the shower.

The property is easily accessed off the highway, but extremely noisy. My room that I paid full price for had not been serviced, cleaned or fresh towels prior to my arrival. Evidence of prior occupant such as plastic cups and room key still on the table. I was not pleased!

Next door to truck stop and freeway , very noisy

The manager was the coolest person had no complaints.

I was in Dallas for a wedding and needed to get ready and the electricity went out. Manager was very nice and understanding about cancelling the rest of my stay.

When we made reservations we asked for queen beds. When we checked in we got full beds. There was no hot water and the a/c didn’t work very well. Tried to talk to the night worker and was told deal with it or leave.

Dirty windows and dingy curtains but very quiet and adequate.

We had a room booked for $75.00. The drag racing was that weekend, so they called me Saturday morning and told me “we are having plumbing issues!”. They cancelled my room and was able to rebook it for over $200.00!

Worst experience. Did not even stay at Red Oak Motel 6. They had a plumbing issue so had to move us to Hillsboro, 45 minutes away when the Motel 6 in Waxahachie, a few minutes away had a room available but would not offer the rate that I had reserved my room for way in advance. The Motel 6 in Hillsborough did honor that price but.... The room was NASTY! There was trash in the bathroom trash, trash on the bedside table, and the bathtub was dirty with hair everywhere. The only reason we stayed was because there were no other choices due to football games. Customer service at Hillsboro was fantastic though.

I had a reservation and when I got there to check in they said they overbooked and my reservation was cancelled

bed is steel frame with steel springs and sheet metal around the base, very uncomfortable and very noisy. No hot water for showers either at night nor in the morning.
