Zoe the front desk girl and Mateo and Antoine are all superior in service and professionalism

For almost all of the four day stay we did not have consistent hot water to shower. Sometimes it would just be cold, other times it would get warm after 10 or 15 minutes, occasionally it would be hot but mostly just warm. Very inconvenient and uncomfortable. The staff was of little or no help with the exception of Antoine who was empathetic to our problem and did his best to help us out. Without his efforts our stay would have been much more uncomfortable and frustrating!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable — definitely appreciated the attention to detail in housekeeping. However, it's located right next to the train station, and the noise from passing trains and frequent loudspeaker announcements every 15 minutes made it hard to fully relax. Great stay if you're not a light sleeper.

Part of the hotel was closed for renovations; but the staff was helpful, parking was easy and the breakfast was decent. We had some concerns when we saw it was directly across from the train station, but the neighborhood was quiet and safe. It was an easy walk to old town and the wine caves.

Great stay. Friendly staff who speak English well. Rooms are clean. Train station is across the street but you don’t hear it and it doesn’t seem to attract many people. About a 12 min walk to restaurants but is safe and quiet.

Belle chambre, tres confortable, personnel tres sympathique. Bien situé dans la ville, pres de la gare. Par contre legers problèmes d'insonorisation qui pourrait gener les sommeils légers. Je recommande vivement.

Très joli hôtel face à la gare et à 10 mn du centre ville à pieds. La chambre spacieuse et joliment décorée, salle de bains à rafraîchir dénote au vu de la décoration des communs et de la chambre. Bon petit déjeuner. Excellent accueil , le personnel est très disponible.

En face de la gare, impossible de se garer, j'ai été surclassé, une blague, la chambre était très petite. Je n'ai pas vu le surclassement, de plus il n'y a pas de restaurant à proximité et le parking en face de la gare est plein. Bref, je n'aime pas cet hôtel !

Très joli petit hôtel au centre ville , juste à côté de la gare. Parking facile à côté mais payant (9€la journée). Accueil tres sympathique. Chambre cosy, bien décorée et confortable. Petit déjeuner bien fourni avec de bons produits. Pas d’ascenseur.

De passage pour une nuit, chambre petite mais correcte et proche centre et petit commerce à proximité
