This hotel is so lovely and clean . The beds were really comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly . I slept very well and the location was excellent . Already planned my next visit to stay at this same hotel .

Good but third bed very batd

The bathroom was quite smelly when I checked in and they had to offer me other rooms, surprisingly the next few rooms offered were also smelly and they staff admitted as well. The room was dusty too as it seemed to me the cleaning was done a while ago. Sound proof was quite poor in the room as I could hear air conditioning and fridge running loudly, not to mention noise from the hallway even my room was at the end of the hallway.

Very nice front desk staff. She provide free membership option and we are able to check in early and optional late check out. Rooms are very clean. Location walkable to stations.

Great location and very clean! Enjoyed using the gym which was equipped with several treadmills and weights ranging from 2 to 20kg. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Great service comfortable bed and pillows

The hotel was lovely. Much bigger than your average business hotel. They gave you choice of firm or soft pillows and the bathroom was nice and big.

Great place to stay

Staff very friendly even filled out forms to forward luggage to Tokyo. Rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable beds. Easy to get anywhere. Kyoto Station was amazing with great restaurants.

Very nice staff and a great location. Rooms are small but adequate. Beds are nice. As some other reviewers have stated, you can hear hallway noise a bit more than expected, but this wasn't a problem on my visit. Loved the convenience to the subway, and it's only a 20 minute walk to the main station (if you want to get those steps in). 20 minutes in the other direction takes you to an amazing shopping street and market. The breakfast was nice, and they served until 10:30, which was a nice change. I would stay here again.
