The hotel is nice, the room is really clean, but the bathroom is really lacking, it really needs to be cleaned, there are a lot of crusts on the walls that can't be explained, even though every time I go on holiday to Purwokerto I stay there... try to clean the toilet

the parking lot is a bit narrow and if it's full it's a hassle

Checked in was easy no need deposit just filled up the forms & show your local ID.The view supposedly mount Slamet but it was covered by fogg in the morning.Room comfortable, spacious & cleaned.The bed very comfy, the large pillows very comfy, the bedsheets cleaned & smooth.The bathroom also spacious, the cleanliness need to improve tho specifically on the toilet bowl & corners of the shower area.The Netflix need to called operator to get it works or you can do by yourself if you know the setting.Definitely will be back.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the hotel staff. There was a welcome drink. Overall, it was very satisfying and highly recommended for those looking for a staycation in Purwokerto. The price was very affordable, and the breakfast menu was also extensive.

Everything is good, the room is clean but the bathroom closet is dirty as if it has never been cleaned, there are lots of yellow stains even though the room is big and very clean.

The staff is friendly, the security guard is also very helpful.. TOP

The service was friendly, the hot water wasn't on, I complained and was moved to a cheaper room, I was disappointed and in a bad mood 🙃

Okay, the location is good for finding lots of food and you can walk to tourist spots like the lotus tower, you can walk in the morning and evening, the hotel is clean, hopefully it will continue to be maintained, please pay attention to the bathroom 202 because the water is stagnant and smells a bit, but so far it's okay, 2 nights there is okay

first time stay here with my wife and my experience hotel very clean, accomodation nice bed is awsome so big and all crew friendly from housekeeping,restaurand also security and i want to say thank you to nadia front office she nice and beatiful smile more help us super duper...tv already smart tv and location according to me is very nice very quiet and so nice for staycation also close to teratai tower and downtown just bathroom floor litle bid slieper and for breakfast for me its ok...next time i am coming back here again because i like so much this hotel become my favorite hotel in purwokerto..
