We had a great stay at the Ibis. Location was excellent and the price was good for a solid Madrid hotel. AC worked well

Staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was clean and not cramped. The shower was great--with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The pillows were fluffy!! We did not eat breakfast at the hotel but it smelled amazing.

Staff was helpful. Bilbao Metro station is steps from hotel. There was construction close by during my stay, that could be heard at times during the night.

Right in the heart of Madrid. The Bilbao station will send you to the main parts of Madrid like Gran Via and Puerta del Sol. Also connects you to stations that transfers you to other lines if you wanna broaden your horizons. Breakfast is free, staff is super accommodating. All and all, it was a great stay in Madrid!

We didn’t have the best customer service experiences in Spain except for this hotel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The property had a theater theme and the history behind the building. The location is excellent, lots of restaurants nearby. The room was very cute and cozy, comfortable beds and very clean.
