Lovely

Great service and accomplishments

You can smell the newness and renovations. Extremely pleased with the hotel and the room. Very comfortable bed, pillows, blankets. Sparkling clean and new. Staff pleasant and helpful. The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 was the food. Food options were good enough but very greasy, burger was rubbery, salad was soggy and drenched in dressing. But overall it was a very good stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean & recently refurbished

Rooms above were so noisy all night. Called front desk 2 times. to get issue resolved but nothing changed. Not offered a free night stay or refund partial or all monies

What a mess this stay was, thank God it was only for one night. To start, this hotel is located in a very shady area, so while that is not the hotel's fault, keep that in mind. We drove for 13 hours so when we got there I was thrilled that there was a "restaurant" I could go order a bite to eat from.

It was a quick overnight trip so I didn’t get to enjoy all the amenities

We stayed here two nights while in town for my son’s tournament. It served our needs well. Location was good, near food and gas options. Hotel was clean and rooms were nice. AC was cold. Elevators are slow. Was nice to have on-site dining/bar option. Outdoor pool was on the smaller side but seems nice, we didn’t use it. Free coffee in the morning would be appreciated!

Loved it everyone was great

The hotel was clean however there was no running water for the hotel.

Excellent customer service. Room was clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!
