The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and responds quickly.

The check-in process is quite fast, the condition of the room is old, the cleanliness of the room is moderate, if the score is 60. bathroom and toilet: the condition of the toilet seat is very concerning, dirty and smelly, it is recommended to replace the toilet seat. The shower water is very small, the pump needs to be checked again. The water heater/electric kettle in the room is broken, after being informed to the receptionist, until we checked out the next day it had not been replaced.

first impression entering the hotel room, immediately saw a prayer mat with the direction of the Qibla. but what's more pleasing is that there is a mosque in front of the hotel, so you can immediately join the congregation. the staff is friendly, smiling. the hotel is strategically located on the edge of the highway. the hotel is nice, clean, towels are changed every day, staying 3 nights the kids also like to be able to swim. the pool is spacious. the room is also large with hot water. next to the hotel there is a Padang food house, chicken noodles, cafes with lots of people selling. in front of the hotel there is a gas station and there is also satay if it's night. going closer you can buy gacoan noodles, you can go to the Transmart mall, coincidentally there is a culinary bazaar. basically I don't regret staying here, hopefully the hotel will continue to be successful. next trip we will stay here again. highly recommended👍

The room was very clean, the bathroom was clean, there was a TV connected to the Wi-Fi network. The swimming pool was spacious and clean, the children were happy and satisfied. Unfortunately at that time we had to rush to check out. The service was also friendly.

The hotel staff is friendly, but the service I received when checking in at the receptionist really made me angry there. The hot water was not working, the food was not delicious.

Good things: Near masjid, near tol to ferry, near padang restaurant & coffee shop, sajadah in the room, cool AC, friendly staff, quite various breakfast menu, spacious parking lots, pool available. Not too good things: Towel needs to be replaced, hot water not running and small flow of water, need more staff when busy time, sop and bubur forget to heat up, and think it was a bit overpriced by this app.

Comfortable staying here, have stayed here twice, only earlier I got only one hotel slipper in each room and it seemed like all of them were left. Rented a deluxe room with 2 rooms. The AC is cold, the hot water is running, the towels are clean and new. The breakfast is delicious and varied. Continued success.

The hot water was not on, the room was not comfortable because the furniture looked old and neglected, such as the bathroom door was broken and cracked.

The location, although not in the city center, is relatively easy to reach by GoCar. What needs to be improved is the cleanliness of the room and the sheets and towels look shabby, especially in the standard room so we were forced to upgrade. In the superior room, hoping for better facilities, it turned out that the shower was almost gone, checked room 121. We asked if there was hot water, asked if there was but it was still broken? Hopefully the cleanliness of the sheets, towels and bathroom equipment that are already broken can be repaired as soon as possible.

The hot water doesn't work, the complaint was handled but there was no solution and until the check out the hot water couldn't be used. When the child has a fever, he has to wipe his body with cold water.

Good service, strategic location, old design room, but the lack of bathroom is not running hot water. There is no kettle to boil water. Need to be improved again for the facilities in the room.
