When I tried to check in, the staff wasn't there; instead, they were busy at the restaurant reception, seemingly oblivious to the presence of anyone. The bathroom shower was small.

Nemuru is conveniently located, close to the East Bekasi toll gate. The rooms are modestly sized but adequate for a comfortable stay. The sheets and towels are clean, but it seems the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned, as the previous occupant's slippers were still hidden under the bed.

I stayed here yesterday for transit because I had a relative's wedding in Bekasi. To avoid being late, I booked the Nemuru Hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, close to BTC, easy to find food, close to Pool Juragan 99, close to Harihari Supermarket, easy to do your grocery shopping, there's a swimming pool, but breakfast is still à la carte, perhaps a buffet. Overall, it's good. I'd choose to stay here if I have another event.

Please freshen up the bathroom to make it smell fresher. When I stayed there, the towels were still damp, so it smelled a bit. But overall, it was fine.

Overall it was ok and comfortable, the only thing that made it uncomfortable was the floor was really dirty.. It was so dusty that the soles of my feet were black.. Luckily I brought hotel slippers from Makassar so I could wear them there... Just a suggestion for the floor to be cleaned as clean as possible, so it feels like home😁

It's really worth it for a hotel in the 200s. It's comfortable, clean, and has a swimming pool. Finding food and snacks is easy because there's a mall next door, and there's also a cinema right next to the hotel. I'll definitely stay here again next time🥰

The Wi-Fi connection is very fast. I only stayed here for work. And the best part is the Juragan99 bus access, as the pool is right near the lobby.
