The hotel staff is very friendly, the hotel is comfortable, the breakfast food is delicious. Next time I will stay here again.

Overall it's good...just the security guards are really rude...change to someone friendlier

The price is quite affordable with strategic access, only the room lights are yellow so it looks a little dim.

Other than that, it's OK.. the room is comfortable, the restaurant is okay, the pool needs to be repaired and cleaned regularly.. the pool floor is very wobbly, my child's and nephew's feet were injured by the pool floor, the floor is also slippery and sandy.. toddlers need to be more careful in the pool

Deluxe room is quite comfortable and clean, there are 2 TVs, there is a sofa for relaxing and a table and chairs for eating..so far everything is good and the kids like it, the staff response is also fast and friendly, only the pool needs to be repaired because it is old and many of the pool floors are wobbly and cause foot injuries, those who have toddlers should be careful, the pool has a lot of sand and is not clean, the pool floor is slippery as if it is rarely cleaned.. the seating area and side of the pool are small, and the toilet/rinse area is dirty.. for breakfast there is quite a variety and is quite tasty and comfortable.. the check-in process is easy and fast.. Most wanted = Pool because during my time there, many families brought small children/toddlers for a staycation there.. it can be dangerous and their feet get torn because the pool floor is wobbly/slippery

Nice, comfortable, clean, there is hot water, there are 2 rooms like an apartment. The food is really delicious, I got free breakfast for 3 people, the food is complete and delicious.

Hotel close to toll gate access. spacious parking lot, luxurious restaurant lobby, clean and spacious, friendly staff. the room is also comfortable, clean, only sometimes the Wi-Fi is a bit slow and there is no smart TV. nice, clean swimming pool. our equipment was left behind but was tidied up and stored at the reception. the restaurant area is spacious, clean, the food is varied and delicious, thank you Nemuru. satisfied, cheap price but good facilities

Thank you Nemuru Hotel for the excellent service from all employees, the hotel is clean, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is perfect, the only thing that needs to be fixed is the swimming pool.. even though they gave a discount for the Marcopolo swimming pool ticket, the swimming pool is still in a sad condition.. hopefully the swimming pool can be renovated soon.. because it is dangerous for children.. and please inform us about the condition of the swimming pool when checking in which is not suitable for children..

Hotel next to Tangerang Serpong toll exit, large and clean rooms, 2 ACs and 2 TVs, there is a kitchen, there is a living room, clean bathroom, very delicious breakfast, the 5th floor parking building is connected to the hotel lift, around the hotel there is a mini market +/- 50 m, ATM.

Good service and easy access.

Old hotel, old interior but quite okay. Order a family room with 2 rooms. There is a mini kitchen and refrigerator too. So far okay. The first time I stayed, all the rooms were okay. This second stay was a shame the AC in the main room didn't feel cold, the AC in the family room and single room was cold. But I won't regret coming here again. The breakfast is sufficient. The location is near the toll gate. I haven't tried the swimming pool but from the window it looks like it's not very clean but I don't know either.
