Clean comfortable rooms. Friendly and professional service

Great hotel with amazing staff. During breakfast, they were always proactive in refilling the coffee to ensure guests had a fresh cup at all times - something you rarely see these days. The staff truly stood out. I do have one complaint, though. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was because of the advertised car charger. When I arrived, I found out not only was it a paid service, but the cost was extremely high - unlike anything I’ve seen before. To make matters worse, it wasn’t even working. I’d strongly recommend either removing this feature from the hotel description or working with a different provider to offer a more reliable and reasonably priced option.

When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk said they did not have my reservation. Merrica told me I needed to contact Hotels.com . She was able to find a phone number for me. After pressing several buttons, I finally got a human. He attempted to fix the problem, but had no luck. A few minutes later I was placed with another agent. This one was from Expedia. FINALLY THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM. Thank you Merrica for you kindness and patience.

The room was clean and pleasant. Bed was comfortable, but not great. Breakfast was just okay. Check in was quick and efficient.

It said breakfast was free but they only had yogurt, bagel and instant oatmeal. That is a continental breakfast and should be stated that way.
