The bed was super comfy and the room was large and clean. However, this is the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in. You can hear every flush, every conversation in the hall, the elevator ding all night long. The other guests were also loud and annoying, which is not the fault of the hotel, but it does seem like a hotel used for parties.

The property was very nice and clean and the check-in desk employee was very nice. However, the walls of this hotel are very thin with no noise resistance. Had very noisy neighbors and you could hear the other guests in their rooms. If you are a light sleeper like me, this hotel is not for you. It was disappointing as the hotel is very nice and has nice accomodations.

My stay was exceptional. Very clean, and I felt safe. What I didnt like was the Road construction on the main highway in front of hotel but I would definitely stay again.

Very excellent customer service. Upon check in, I was greeted warmly by name, directed to our room. She thoroughly explained all the amenities regarding use of the pool, gym, and where breakfast would be waiting for me when we woke up. Everything was very clean and well put together, right down to the elegantly beautiful folded towels in our bathroom. We had a very quiet nights sleep... it felt like we were the only ones there. We were well rested after the long drive and ready to continue on our trip. Highly recommend a stay at Spark Hilton in Nacogdoches, Texas.

We were satisfied for the price, but disappointed that we were notified after check in that the pool was closed. This was a reason we booked this hotel. We were also sad to see no warm breakfast.

We have been staying here several times a year for 6 years. We’ve always liked the location but it was an aging motel beginning to show some wear and tear. We stayed a couple of months ago when they began the renovation process and we could tell it was going to be really nice. This time: WOW what a change! Everything was so nice ! We will definitely be back.

Room was nice. Bed was marginal. Hallway smelled strange Breakfast was bagels, yogurt and orange juice . Powerade was $5 out of cooler.
