Great place

It was very minimalistic in decor. My husband loved it! I am more of a decorative fanatic so it was different t for me. But we had a lovely time, very clean and great breakfast!

Nice place, new, clean, will stay here again

I paid for 2 nights and then when I was ready to go to the hotel, they had cancelled my reservation because they only took guests for 3 nights. On top of that, they kept my payment. I am requesting they refund my payment immediately.

Booked two queens, and was informed at check in that they only had a single king room available, that they over booked the room. Then asked for the lower king room rate, and was informed not they could not lower my rate.

We enjoyed our stay at Tru hotel by Hilton. The room was very clean and quiet. We will definitely stay there again.

Jamaica was great at check in

Its a great hotel but the only thing i didnt like was no dressers nor microwave in the room. Made it inconvenient when needing to warmfood up.

24 hour snack options was great, staff friendly and helpful, parking close to entry’s. The room was super cute. Will stay again.

Great place to stay

A ground floor room was requested and not honored. Daily our key cards were deactivated and had to be replaced. We had no hot water on our second morning. We will not be returning.

Everything we needed, very dog friendly Nice breakfast in the morning before a long day of driving.

Check-in was amazing. I believe her name was Beccy, and she was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable!

Great stay for business

Very good. Front desk ladies were fantastic

Brand new hotel / only open 1 month. Some kinks to work out. We had trouble with out keys not working, going back to the desk and having them programed. On the last day one of our keys would not work. Managers keys would not work. Charging the door lock did not work. Had to wait almost an hour while they tried all the options, only to have to have maintenance drill the lock out completely to get into the room. He said it was not the first one tht had failed already. Not a good sign.
