A very pleasant 4-star hotel in a small town, with a varied and quite tasty menu, friendly service, and a very quick check-out process. There are a few caveats: check-in took a while because they needed to double-check the room. Since I arrived on a long weekend, I didn't get a key to room 2, so it was a bit hot when I entered. Unfortunately, housekeeping didn't manage to keep my body odor under control because I was so sweaty, so I still had body odor in the room. I stayed in room 531, and the only light that worked was on the left side of the bed, so I had to call the technician twice. Otherwise, I was quite satisfied. If I go to Sumenep again, I'll probably stay at Myze.

The food is delicious, the room is clean and comfortable, the request to change rooms because the shower was a bit problematic was immediately handled quickly.

This is the best hotel in Sumenep, my friend. It's second to none. I brought my little boy with me, who had a stuffed turtle. The next day, the cleaning staff made him a turtle out of towels. My son was thrilled. Thank you, my friend.

Everything's fine, but access to and from the room isn't very good. For example, if someone is in the room, you can't take your card up and down the elevator; you still need operator assistance and a phone call. It's really cumbersome. The front desk needs to be improved.

It's a shame we didn't get to enjoy the swimming pool during our two-night stay, as it was under maintenance. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience.
