The location is extremely difficult to find, the room is not soundproof, it is very noisy in the morning and the smell of food entering the room is very bad. The air conditioner is too hot and blocked by the wall, and the blanket is too thick. The pillow is too hard and high. I wonder if when opening a hotel and buying equipment, you do not think about the comfort of the customers? A truly disappointing experience

Everything was almost perfect for my less than 24-hour stay here, especially the convenient location next to the event venue, the mini bar in the room was free with plenty of cup noodles and mineral water, the receptionists were very enthusiastic and attentive. There was only one small minus point, which was that the image of my room type at the window was not as shown (but it did not affect the experience much). Hammock Global City is a very worthwhile place to stay that you cannot miss, everyone!
