friendly, enthusiastic staff

The cleaning staff opened the guest room door to clean the room without prior notice.

Staff not very supportive, room hot and cold broken but not repaired promptly

Next door is still under repair, very dusty and noisy from early morning to late afternoon + no one cleans the room every day, no change of bed sheets, towels and daily hygiene products

Homestay is new, clean but soundproofing is poor, very poor. The house next door is being renovated for upgrading but the soundproofing is terrible so the experience is extremely poor. The host/receptionist attitude is not enthusiastic. Wifi does not work well enough.

Friendly and enthusiastic staff. Location is in an alley, next to a house under construction so it's not clean outside. Basic room amenities are complete.
