Clean and fragrant room, friendly and attentive staff, will come back many times

There are no services or amenities. Not enough amenities as advertised, the door lock is broken and cannot be locked. Requested to change rooms but was not allowed. And the room lock was not fixed even though I stayed for 2 nights. Wifi is sometimes available and sometimes not. Booked a room for 4 nights but felt inconvenient about everything. Contacted the hotline but no one answered. Plus points include support for checking in 30 minutes early.

The location is quite deep but quiet. The rooms are clean but the downside is that the door is not open, you have to call the receptionist or ring the bell. The check-in process also takes a long time. Not urgent for guests to check in and rest.

Too bad, the room is noisy and not clean. This is a student dormitory, not a hotel. The singing is loud at night. The room is not soundproof, can't sleep.

The room is quite small and the bathroom is not clean.

The kind hostess helped me check in twice and everything was ok.

The hostess enthusiastically assisted with check-in.
