Check in time is at 2pm. Actually I don’t mind to wait. But please don’t PHP your customer. The staff said “give us 15-20minute then i will let u know”. I wait until 2 pm but they don’t inform me about the room until I came to them and asking is my room done? Yang saya tidak suka itu saya duduk tepat di depan mereka. Tapi sampai pukul 2 mereka malah melayani turis asing yg baru datang. Sementara saya yang sudah menunggu lama tidak di gubris sama sekali sampai saya yg harus datang k meja mereka!

All are good and staffs also very kind and humble, only i was upset about food, night 8pm restraunt are closed, we can't order food if check in after 8pm.

Horror hotel, around 12 midnight wanted to go out to find food. Waited in the elevator for a long time, suddenly the elevator opened there was a housekeeping box and no one was there. Suddenly the elevator went up and down unclearly on the monitor. The hotel was not in sync. There was a realistic person explaining that at that time the housekeeping team had all gone home and there were no more activities. While I confirmed via call and said there were still activities.
