The room is clean, only provided 2 small bottles of mineral water and 2 towels. There is no toothbrush, toothpaste, no coffee maker/hot water, let alone glasses, clothes hangers are also not provided, what's the point of having clothes hangers, don't expect tissues.. Clothes hangers in the bathroom are also not provided, it's difficult, just bring a lot from home like moving. The TV is also broken, watching ants.. my experience is complete

The hotel staff is very helpful, in front and beside the hotel at night there are many foods. Street food but it's delicious. In the morning near the town square there are breakfast sellers, 24-hour warteg, real cow and goat milk. **food also has many choices. Don't be confused if you stay here. There are also fast food brands such as Fiesta. So even though the hotel price doesn't include breakfast, it's not difficult to find breakfast. Especially if you want to continue your journey by train, just walk or take a pedicab 😅😅

good location near the town square, food and entertainment center. service, there are friendly staffs, some are indifferent. the indifferent ones are the chubby guys. the AC is not cold enough even though it is at the lowest temperature, just replace the AC. for cleanliness; on the front desk of my room, from the moment I arrived until I left, there were coffee cups, cigarette ash, and dirty spoons that were not taken and cleaned. why? why? really disgusting. then the bathroom is not very clean. lots of stains. I'm not asking for fancy at that price, BUT cleanliness and friendliness of the staff are very BASIC. A MUST HAVE in the hospitality industry.

Strategic location is an advantage, close to places to eat, entertainment and easy transportation. It would be better if the service was improved; between what we ordered with different types of rooms, the result was getting twin beds and the solution was to combine the mattresses but the staff did not remove footwear when entering the room. Towel material should also be considered, the material makes the thread/fiber of the fabric easily stick to the body and is less absorbent. Thank you.

Initially looking for a hotel near Alun-Alun Tegal, the name Hotel Kencana appeared However, when checking the location, Hotel Kencana no longer exists and has changed its name & ownership to El Rio Hotel For toiletries, only soap & shampoo refills are provided (toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, cotton buds are not available) For hotel slippers & clothes hangers are not available For hot water, the heat is unstable, sometimes it can suddenly get hot and suddenly get cold When heavy rain + lightning came, the hotel lights went out for a long time & the generator took a long time to turn on In my opinion, with a price of 500 / room, it is very unfortunate that it does not include breakfast & the facilities are incomplete However, for friendly service, the bed is clean & soft, the bathroom is clean & functions normally In the future, the quality can be improved even more Satisfied staying here even though it was only 1 night
