The location is perfect, but the room is too small. Even praying on the bed is a challenge due to the lack of space.

Beautifully designed, specially the pool and the lift. Appreciate the pantry at each floor for you to reheat your food because Penang is famous for its food. But overall it doesn't feel like staying in a hotel, it's more like a motel. Comfort level is not there. Bedroom overall feel more like a 2-star motel rather than a hotel. Location was rather far from famous street food too. Nothing much in this area. So sadly I don't think I will return again.

Nice hotel, nice location, bad food, not enough people working, very very bad room cleaning.

Location is very strategic and nicely located near shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. - 30 mins from the airport - 5-10 mins to markets and foodie places.
