Hotel refurbished and updated to a very high standard. We were impressed at the cleanliness and eco-awareness at the hotel, together with helpful and attentive staff. This was an all-too-short but very memorable stay.

We know this hotel well and have been staying there for a few times a year as our daughter lives in Folkestone.

Stayed here several years ago when it was a Best Western. Been modernised and much better now. Room was clean, new, spacious and quiet. Wifi worked fine. We ate dinner in the restaurant which was good. Nice selection of steaks.

We had a really good time. The room was very clean and modern, had everything we needed. The food was delicious and staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a perfect location and very close to the beach.

From the time we set foot in the hotel, we were met with a smile and a helpful attitude. The room was very spacious, clean and a beautiful sea view. The food was exceptional, and a wide variety of drinks.

Really good stay in a lovely hotel. Parking is difficult as the paid spaces are first come first served and not just for this hotel so is always busy . Would definately stay again though

Lovely hotel, very smart with friendly greeting on arrival. Lovely and quiet, large room with great sea view, with air conditioning. Added bonus of Marco Pierre White Restaurant in the hotel, serving excellent food and comfy chairs in the bar. Lovely quality breakfast the next morning with garden views. Stress free night away with paid street parking nearby.

stayed 1 night as meeting family for a meal/drinks in hythe,welcome warm and pleasant,smooth check-in,room lovely…esp bathroom,lovely and quiet room location little disappointed the bar was closed at 22.50pm when we got back from our meal,but i would advise e’one to stay at this hotel…cant praise it enough

Newly refurbished excellent rooms even the single one I had was a reasonable size spotlessly clean with a lovely bathroom. Breakfast very good and the staff were helpful and polite

Really impressed with our overnight stay at this lovely hotel. Great location and the hotel itself was super clean. We were in a "cosy" room but it was plenty big enough for us. We didn't eat or drink in the hotel so I can't vouch for the food etc but the place itself was great.

Had a beautiful stay, easy check in , complimentary biscuits. Rooms extremely clean, bedding brilliantly clean. Long review on their website and very highly recommended.

A tiny bathroom. Hotel is dated. OK for a one-night stay but no longer. Forgot an item of clothing and notified the hotel but a week later, no response.

Super location. Really friendly and helpful staff. Amazing breakfast choices and beautiful restaurant for breakfast. Only negative thing about the hotel was the lift...it was absolutely tiny and quite grubby - not at all in keeping with the reception, bar and restaurant areas.
