Fantastic spot! Super clean. Amazing views -- those windows, wow!! Very comfy. Enormous. We honestly wanted to move in. We will stay here every time we need to stay in the area.

Very easy communication. Easy check-in and check-out. We needed a bit of extra time and it was very simple to request a later check-out. The place itself was extremely clean, well located and the amenities were perfect! Would definitely recommend this place if you're going to Hollywood or LA.

We had a great experience at Kasa Sunset. The apartment was very clean and spacious, with a comfortable double bed, a bathroom with a bath, and a fully equipped kitchen. We also appreciated the communal laundry room available for use by the customers for free. The apart-hotel is located on Sunset Boulevard, within walking distance of Hollywood Boulevard and the Hollywood Forever Cemetery. Bus stops were not far from the apartment, and the underground station was a 15-minute walk away. However, public transportation may take a while to reach from one place to another, so taxis are a quicker option. Even though we didn’t use it, off-road car spaces are available for a fee.

Literally a studio apartment moreso than a hotel room! Pretty pleasantly surprised.

We loved and enjoyed our stay at Kasa. The room was spacious, the view beautiful and the appt very clean. The neighbourhood is ok, but could be better. The streets behind seems more safe than the 2 sunset corners. We were able to park for free in the streets close to the building (streets behind).

The space and location were great. However we were without hot water one day and had lots of issues with entry codes for building on numerous days and it could take a while for responses. Also some responses felt like they were AI generated rather than getting to speak to a person. A good option if no issues but challenging if you do experience any problems. Bathroom tired and towels far from the advertised ‘fluffy’. But kitchen was well stocked and bedding good.

The place was clean and spacious

This was my first time staying at a hotel that didn't have staff onsite. At first, I felt a little nervous because it seemed like a ghost town but I did fly in on 1/8 right in the middle of a State of Emergency and LA being under an evacuation warning due to the fires. Once settled I realized the housekeepers are usually onsite and they have a patrol/security guard in the evenings so that made me feel better. The hotel room is literally a studio apt and has everything you need. Close to the 101 and Hollywood Blvd. I couldn't have asked for a better spot to be!

Second stay here and loved how easy they've made it to access the building and not have a dragged out check in process.
