This qas our 2nd stay in 3 week, 1st viskt I notice that our deet or socks became dirty very fast. I summerize that thw floors are not getting mop or in detail. Again last week the same discovery. Floors shows need for xleaning, maybe time ro deep scrub, cleaelwy a turn off which now say, I wont rw-book this location . By the way a great location it is.

It was a very lovely hotel, but the room is very very small. That’s my only complaint but everything else was smooth.

Clean room staff okay but needs to speak English and not just Spanish.

The overall state of the room was unsatisfactory, the bathroom floor needs to be steamed/bleached, grout was not clean… expose piping under bathroom sink, hole in wall, room needs a touch up paint job!

It was clean and modern . The beds were comfortable.

The location was very convenient and central to everything we needed. The halls and room smell heavily of cigarettes eventhough it was a non smoking building. We had a hard time breathing and were coughing our entire trip. There was also black mould on some of the towels in our room. We were only there for two nights and barely in the room and didnt bother to move, but would have chose a better hotel for the pricepoint.

Was given a room by elevator

The room was excellent but a bit small as was so close to the elevator so they should consider that room to be a lesser rate. Besides that the staff was excellent, they constantly cleaned everywhere. My daughter loved the fact that housekeeping even took the time to tuck in her stuffed animals in bed after it was made it. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and if management is reading this............your staff should get a raise.

Location is good due to easy access to transportation. Breakfast is ok. Small rooms not well soundproofed. Cleanliness needs improvement.

I appreciated an affordable, comfortable, safe space to lay my head down after a full day’s work in Brooklyn. And free breakfast!

Pillows are very small and not soft at all. Room is very small. No amenities. Empty room literally

Well located in Brooklyn : 30 minutes from beach or from Manhattan. Good breakfast, friendly staff, feeling safe. Store and restaurants near by. Good room service, hotel is clean. Je recommande et j’y retournerais :)
