We stayed at multiple hotels on our week long vacation & this one was the top of our list! My daughter walked in and said “wow! This is NICE!” ..and is convinced a woman definitely designed these rooms. Excellent place to stay!

For those who look to stay close to the action without brake the wallet

This is a surprisingly clean and nice hotel.

The room with the separate seating area is the best one. The other room with just a bed is pretty small. The room itself seems to be modern and updated, the bed is comfortable. There is just NO sound proofing at all, so you can hear people walking by your room and we even heard someone turn on their shower next door to us. The front staff is nice enough, they just have an annoying air freshener they use at the front desk which is very strong. I also did not like the $40 A DAY parking fee SMH. There is no microwave in the room, only a fridge, but there is a microwave in the lobby so i guess that's alright. There's no elevator but it's only 2 stories so not too bad. There's also only 1 ice machine in the main lobby, but better than none at all i suppose. The location is amazing though, literally a 2 min walk to Hollywood Blvd. TVs have a good amount of things to watch. No view outside the small window though (we've stayed twice here and each time our window faces a wall of a building which is literally like 2 feet away from our window. All in all, it's ok if you want to be close to things, and modern enough. Just on a somewhat sketchy street.

Hotel Rudra is a GEM! We came to Hollywood for just 1 night to see a show and it was just perfect. Highly recommend.

Nice day, close to lots of attractions and dining.

Clean small quiet place with plenty street parking free after 8 pm. No microwave and coffee in room but both available in lobby. Bed is comfy and room spacious.

We loved how modern and cute the hotel was. More like a boutique hotel than a Holiday Inn or those type of hotels. No elevator but the hotel is only 2 stories high so no big deal. Literally a 1 min walk to Hollywood Blvd so that was pretty awesome. Very nice room with plenty of space. Separate seating area with TV made it easy to watch TV while my boyfriend slept. Refrigerator only, no microwave :( very nice updated bath, but no sink room to put toiletries :( comfy bed and couch. Only complaints are the $200 deposit (!) And the $35 parking fee (!).... otherwise a nice overnight stay close to lots of entertainment. Would stay again

The location is perfect, place is clean and the front desk was very accomodating when we arrived. I highly recommend this hotel. We will book again if we come back.

Clean room and friendly staff. I got lucky with a parking spot. $40 for the night. Quick walk to all the action.

A good base to get around Hollywood. Metro trains and buses on your doorstep and Ioved that Mel's drive through diner was across the road which is a great place to eat. Hotel staff were very helpful and very approachable throughout our stay

Small hotel but very friendly staff and clean. Great location and convenient if you're wanting to check out the Hollywood Walk of Fame, go to a show at the Hollywood Bowl, or anything else in that area.

The Hotel was tidy and reasonably new. Curtains over the shutters would make the room darker. An extra towel rail would also have helped. Handy to the Metro, Mac Donald's and the Walk of Fame. Unfortunately LA and this area is now pretty tired and a bit grubby. Hotel staff were great and very helpful.

I booked coz close to hollwood bowl...the area is rough...did not really lije to sleep there! Parking is only 5 & 40$ very expensive
