The hotel is above a gas station. The service was good and the car park is in the back. It looks like it was newly remodeled and looked clean. The room was hot so make sure you get a room with A/C as not all of them have one.

Really enjoyed my stay. Had booked a room without shower last min but I was upgradeby a kind man in reception. Stay was great and nice and peaceful. Defo recommend

KLARNA should removed this hotel from their partnership, they don't accept it and they refuse to use the one time card payment. I was forced to pay the total amount and they charge more 30£ then what was showing in my reservation. There is problems every night in the rooms and all the nights was too much noise. We can't have a properly shower, the water get hot and cold continuously. Not a good option

This is a no frills budget hotel, but for a night or two before a flight from Heathrow it is ideal. Walking distance from West Drayton station and bus outside to Heathrow if needed. Bottled water provided and a lovely welcome from Ali on reception. The place is spotlessly clean with plenty hot water for shower. We will use again when we have an early flight.

Worst service ever.no body at hotel reception after 11pm.stay out side hotel in the car park until the receptionist reached hotel 9am.once he came I had checked in hotel just for showered to catch the flight and he charged per whole night fee.i don’t recommend this hotel at all.

Decent budget hotel. Handy for the airport. Fairly basic but clean and well maintained. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. No tea or coffee maker in the room (Bottled water is supplied) but there is a complimentary hot drinks vending machine in reception which was pretty good.

Looked like a bit of mold in the shower room ceiling. Rooms require you to use the stairs. There do not.seem to be lifts. Car parking looks unsafe to keep your cars.

First, no room facilities like kettle, coffe, cups. For parking charging me.. around the hotel was car wash with noises.. reception was very polite and helpful but nothing change in my confidence.. toilet hasnt got enough paper rolll.. small tower..

The hotel is close to Heathrow, it was very clean, basic with a great shower & the female staff member was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend it for convenience and price.

Very friendly staff who were happy to help and answer any and all questions we had about getting around and getting to the airport! My family and I would happily stay there again.

Air conditioner condenser made a loud noise every few minutes and street was loud with window open, so it made it a little difficult to sleep. The room was clean. The shower was spacious, but frequently turned to scalding hot while showering. Beds were comfortable. A few restaurants were walkable. Parking was easy. Not a bad price for a quick stay while passing through.
