Exceptional customer service from all staff! The suite was also larger than I expected!

Room was really spacious, staff were very friendly. 6 min walk to the nearest rail station.

The staff and suite were nice. Friday and Saturday night loud cars could be heard late at night. Location to stations was great

The room was spacious for four of us with 2 bathrooms and showers. Minimum amenities compared to higher end hotels. But all the necessities were provided. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was also close to Dotonbori and all the shopping area.

Super clean and spacious! We enjoyed the separate living space away from the room as well as there being 2 showers and 2 toilets. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Family room is big and beds are comfortable. 10 mins walk to Namba Park where you can find all shops and restaurants all the way to Dotonbori. Laundry is on 3rd floor whereas not within your unit. Very helpful Korean staffs.

Amazing place to stay in the centre of Namba, Osaka. Clean and comfy. Room size was enough for 3-6 people. If anything, I wanted to them to have a sponge or brush to wash dishes and cutlery.

The staff was exceptionally helpful. The room was extra spacious. We are thankful we found this place. The taxi had difficulty finding the hotel.

Apartment is just 5 minutes walk to train station. Surrounded by mini mart’s & supermarket. Front desk staff are friendly. Yhun the manager is helpful too. Tap in aptm is loose though. Dusty and cleanliness definitely can be improved a lot. But layout and functionality n furniture are all good. I always spot their cleaning staff fooling in the empty apartments

Great clean rooms, spacious with 2 bathrooms with comfortable mattresses. Local attractions is 1 train station away and not really walkable. No really traditional front desk or food options at the hotel. Overall great stay.

Great new property. spacious room and modern feel. If you are using the kitchen it is lacking some essentials but they will lend you some needed items.

Uh Suite was an amazing stay. Close to convenience stores, restaurants, and attractions. Very clean and well kept building. Nice and friendly staff. But, it was the Hotel Manager that made they stay exceptional!! Very helpful with recommendations for activities and dining. Even for our next destination. I would highly recommend staying here to my closest friends, family and those reading this review. We hope to stay again on our next visit to Osaka!
