Friendly. Upstairs showers not working

Booking gog cancelled and onlh found out when ibarrived to check in, do not recommend staying here even if itvwas a last option

The room was OK. No towels were provided. The amenities were not well kept or maintained. The cleanliness was average to poor. The staff were trying to be helpful but were poorly organised. Definitely not a place I would be recommending or staying at again.

Staff were great, as I have medical issues and needed a fridge and they put a bar fridge in my room.

Room wise. It was a good bed, however there was always people even late at night and in the middle of the day oursise our window where they talk loudly and play music. There was a light shining from the hallway into our room at night that lit up the room although our light was off. Clean bedsheets tho. Had a towel and 3 blankets which was real nice. We interacted only with one staff memebr, the onaite manager, she was very friendly and considerate. However when we tried calling to verbally confirm our stay and let them know we will be checking it at 10 at night, we could not get in contact with them. It stressed us out because we don't know the neighbourhood and if we the guest house knows we succesfully booked the place, like some verbal confirmation would've helped. The cleanliness of the place was veryy awful. I the men's room there was no soap to wash our hands, toiletpaper and hair all over bathroon and hair in the hallways next to our rooms. There was blood nect to the one toilet tbat did not get cleaned for the weekend. It was a long weekened but still I think it is important for someone to clean for a hygenic purpose. The ladies room I was told had no toilet paper. Sometimes the water for showering was cold. The Kitchen was not clean in anyway, we had to wash our plates before we used them and other kitchen stuff we cooked with. Therebwas no cups for tea and coffee, not that was easy to find anyway. Fridge space was hard to find. Others shared similar concerns.

Check in can be slow process. Building is much older than it looks, very tired. It is a full on backpackers hostel, messy dorm rooms, filthy carpeting, I booked a single room, don't ask for much, clean bed, hot shower, some quiet sleep. My bed was broken (leg missing), no hot water at all too have a shower, the power in each room cuts off after an hour of use, didn't come back on four 4 hrs, but the worst is the absolute noise two nights in a row from gamers using giant tv and yelling until 2 am. The next night worse, the whole complex including main staff partying, loud music, yelling until 4am+ right next to my room with receptionist encouraging them. I packed up my car and left at 4am, even though I paid for another 24hrs, and slept in my car. For those who need accommodation for hospital visits, don't do it. I will never return.

The only real issue was there was no hot water for showers

The whole place was absolutely amazing, sadly the bed was horrible because the springs were literally stabbing my back

Close to a bus stop which is nice, the staff members are around the building and not really present at the reception or a fixed place where you could find them. You can ring a bell at the front desk though. The kitchen and our room had everything one needs. Wasn't very clean but not very dirty either.

This is my third stay here and each time they have impressed me with their cleanliness, room condition and restrooms are well maintained, Staff are always helpful on all my visits - always have has a great stay - well done to the team.

Great having washing machine facilities. Liked having the pool to use Large dining area, cleanliness in kitchen/eating area could have been better - maybe have a ckeaner empliyed rather than relying on occupants to mop floor erc. Bathroom facilities adequate but again could be regularly cleaned.cleaning. Out of your control - but other occupants not having any regard for others in same room - sorm a real clutter everyone's things all speead out - maybe less beds in room so storage areas more defined.
