Friendly staff and strategic location, varied breakfast menu.

The environment is safe, close to various food places, and the hotel staff are friendly and polite.

Management/owner who certainly has reliable characteristics. Because, I have explored many hotels from 🌟 to five stars and Diamond 💎 hotels. That is based on the characteristics of their owners, however limited staff, the mindset of management/owner is the determinant of business and all human business actors are only tools for the economy because of the sense of security and trustworthiness of their management characteristics. Because there will be no perfect experience without characteristics that are considered to survive even though I am very limited financially at this time and my mother is also sick staying with me, and she did not get worse in the Hospitality Industry under MGM business management and Horison Management as the owner/person in charge of the hospitality business in the middle of the Capital City of Jakarta. Thank you, Marisye six Onety (someone who really understands the burden of the hotel business and the heavy responsibility and you survive with a sincere smile and an open heart to the shortcomings of anyone who comes here) The Spirit of God is definitely here, Amen.

The hotel staff is friendly. The room is comfortable and clean. The bed is large and has a bolster, but the bolster is dirty, so it's a bit disgusting to use it. Please pay attention to the dirty sheets and bolster.

Strategic location near the city center and culinary scene, clean rooms, friendly staff. However, the Wi-Fi in the room is slow.

Stay for one night from Palembang before back to Surabaya. The hotel is close to Gambir Station, only about 10 - 15 minutes in the morning (before traffic jam hours begin). The surrounding area has a lot of restaurants and street food stalls. There are many taxis near the hotel if you need it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Horison Arcadia Wahid Hasyim hotel. Good hotel, good and nice location, good & competitive prices, friendly staff. Thanks

wifi so slow, use my data for the whole time staying here. cool water from the dispenser turn out slightly hot, must contact front office everytime I need to take hot shower.breakfast meal at 7:30am is cold.torch ginger fried rice is nice but cold

Strategic location, spacious rooms and friendly service

Cleanliness is good, breakfast has a lot of variety, staff is friendly. However, the Wi-Fi in the room is not very fast.

The hotel place is in very good & strategic location. Its not a new hotel but still good and with competitive price. The staffs are friendly and helpfull. The food was good with variety choices but dont know, sometimes taste to much salty for me. Overall me and family really enjoying to stay at the hotel. thanks

Quiet and comfortable for rest

The staff at the breakfast service, when told that the spoon in the porridge section was empty, replied "just take it from the place where there is a spoon, sir."

i like the location since its close to Sabang street and Sarinah. also walking distance to Grand Indo for us. the room is ok. the staffs are nice. but the area infront of the hotel is always full with the beggars and team.

The room is old. Towels Sheets Bathroom (shower, faucet, toilet) It's not suitable anymore, in my opinion, and needs to be replaced. The good thing about this hotel is that it's located in the city center. The restaurant food is delicious.

The hotel appears to be an older building, but it's well-maintained. There's an elevator for easy access to the rooms. The rooms are spacious and well-furnished, but the air conditioning isn't very good. The vinyl flooring makes the rooms feel warmer. The breakfast menu is varied and quite tasty.
