The strategic location in the city center, next to a mall, makes finding food outside the hotel easy. Check-in and check-out are easy, the price is reasonable, the hotel is clean and family-friendly. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is varied and tasty. Next time I visit Garut, I'll definitely stay at this hotel again.

The service is friendly, the room is clean, colorful, a good combination of colors... I like it. The food is very delicious, there are many choices, the hexsos in the bathroom doesn't work. It makes it uncomfortable. But otherwise everything is ok. Next time I'll stay at Mercure again when I go to Garut. Success Mercure

The highlight is the beautiful infinity pool with stunning views of the surrounding mountains — a great spot to unwind. While the staff were friendly, the level of service could be more attentive. The Wi-Fi was unfortunately not working throughout the stay, which may be a drawback for those needing connectivity. Also, guests should be prepared for a short walk from the motorbike parking area to the hotel entrance. Overall, it’s a practical option with a great location and scenic views, especially for those planning a short stay or a weekend getaway in Garut.

The breakfast menu is varied, but there's no meat. The buffet is low-budget. Check out the Jamu Corner for the taste. Try teaching the staff how to make omelets at the Egg Corner. The sausage could probably be upgraded. The dim sum chicken feet have no flavor.

2 rooms had very slow Wi-Fi, 1 room had no Wi-Fi at all. The warm water pool was cloudy, small and needs to be kept clear. The food variety was standard, but there was peanut butter that smelled bad. At night, the system (alarm/fire) sounded, everyone panicked and told them to go downstairs, no one gave directions. After going downstairs, no manager on duty explained the system error. New hotel but unprofessional human resources.

The hotel was nice, located right at the city center. Very easy to order food from nearby legendary restaurants. The staffs are friendly and helpful.
